Once the total cost has been confirmed, print this form and post
with cheque or money order payment to PO Box 1124, Mudgee NSW 2850.
Direct Deposit
We also accepted payments via direct deposit. Please select this
method of payment on the order form and we will contact you with
our bank details. Once the deposit has been made, email
confirmation and include your name (as written on this form)
and deposit amount.
